Adrienne Lebron

Adrienne Lebron is the founder of Sketch and Stretch, a children's service that interconnects meditation, yoga and art.

She has been providing these classes for more than 12 yrs in libraries across Long Island, NY as well as an offering for Girl Scouts, birthday parties and yoga studios.

Adrienne saw the shift of holistic practices grow substantially over the past years and felt it was time for a spin-off of her children's business for adults.

Introducing: Move, Meditate, Create!

She integrates art and yoga as an interconnected theme to create a state of fluid meditation. In her mind, art is not just pen or paintbrush on paper but rather unique to each individual.  She has created classes that she hopes will light the spark of each creative both personally and intuitively while calming the nervous system and igniting the inner fire of strength and compassion.  

She is a 200+ hour certified Yoga Works adult yoga instructor and a certified 65+ hour Asana Alphabet children's yoga instructor.  She has completed various continuing education hours and offers styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, and Yoga Tune Up.   She has studied dance, various energy methods and is a certified Reiki practitioner.  

She holds a degree in Fashion Merchandising and certifications in Fine Arts + Jewelry Design. 

As buyer & merchandiser, she integrated product development and business to encompass a vision for the brand. 

Adriene could not imagine navigating through life without her holistic and creative practices.  They have led her through the other side of many personal storms, and she feels it is her dharma now to lead others.  She has a collective way of thinking and hopes to help and connect with other like-minded people through her teachings and practices.
